8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return or destroy any confidential materials.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
